With nearly 30 years of experience in architecture, Rob Stewart brings a rich heritage of construction knowledge, stemming from three generations of general contractors. His childhood summers spent on construction sites with his father and grandfather gave him invaluable insights into the building process. Rob earned his B. Arch from Cornell University and initially gained recognition for his sophisticated designs in the east end of Long Island. Over time, his passion shifted towards creating mixed-use properties that harmonize with the community while serving its functional needs. Beyond his architectural work, Rob is actively involved in non-profits like Girls in STEM and the Long Island Historical Society. He resides in Wading River with his wife Vanessa and their three children, one of whom is pursuing a career as a Professional Engineer.
With 15 years of architectural expertise, Tina Lamont is known for her meticulous attention to detail in every project. She completed her undergrad studies at Smith College, focusing on Architecture & Urbanism, and obtained her Masters of Architecture from Cornell University in 2008. Tina’s specialization lies in residential properties. Before she made this transition, she designed popular senior living communities around New York City, Westchester and Long Island. Her career took an international turn when she worked in Barcelona, infusing her designs with a touch of Spanish flair. Outside of work, Tina indulges her passion for photography, having captured architectural wonders around the globe, from the Taj Mahal to the Sagrada Familia and Burj Khalifa.
A recent graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC), Peter Kemp brings a fresh perspective to residential and interior design. Growing up in California, Peter always dreamed of living in New York, drawn by its coastal charm and vibrant city life. He specializes in creating innovative spaces that blend functionality with aesthetics, finding joy in the final stages of a project when his renderings come to life. Outside the studio, Peter enjoys surfing, playing guitar in a local brewery’s cover band, and spending quality time with his beloved Dalmatian, Kimmy.
